BetComply Adds ComplyCheck Tool to UK Market

Originally launched in the Netherlands, BetComply’s innovative ComplyCheck tool has been so successful that it has now expanded its reach. This has now been introduced to several destinations across the world, with the UK being one of them. For those who aren’t familiar with ComplyCheck – it’s a tool designed to simplify the compliance process that all reputable iGaming operators must follow in order to adhere to the rules and regulations surrounding online gambling to protect their brand as well as keep players safe.

This tool works by providing a set of structured questions that operators can complete at a pace that suits them. BetComply then reviews these answers and sends out an in-depth report of feedback. ComplyCheck is a valuable tool that assists casino operators in areas that they may be lacking, and they can offer constructive suggestions based on the end results.

A Unique Approach to Regulation

What makes ComplyCheck different is the simplicity of the tool and ease of use. Navigating the complex laws of the gambling world can be a difficult and time-consuming process. This design saves valuable time, which leaves iGaming platforms free to concentrate on other areas of their business. Meanwhile, they can be safe in the knowledge that this software, along with the team at BetComply, will take care of the necessary legal requirements as well as flag any potential gaps and warn operators of any missed information or requirements.

Mike de Graaff, Chief Compliance Officer at BetComply has been pleased with the progress made so far:

“ComplyCheck has been a game-changer for our partners in the Netherlands, and we are excited to bring this service to the UK and other markets. Our goal is to make the audit process more efficient and less daunting for operators, ensuring they meet and exceed compliance standards.”

BetComply also plans to bring this technology to other markets in the future, working alongside authoritative regulators in the industry like the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and Curacao. This is aimed to happen at the beginning of 2025, furthering their mission to tighten gambling compliance in the new year.
